The Owner
Heather Lloyd
Headquartered in Pensacola, Florida • A Florida LLC
With over 30 years of deep, in-the-trenches experience, Heather has seen the numbers from every angle. Having served as a general manager, controller, and accountant across multiple industries, she brings a practical, operational understanding of what it actually takes to run a business—not just balance a ledger.
Trade contractors are her specialty. Her career has been spent inside contractor files handling work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, exact job costing, AIA documentation, and project pay applications. She builds the financial visibility required to track a project seamlessly from mobilization to closeout.
Heather does not shy away from the hard stuff. She has driven massive balance-sheet reorganizations, untangled complex sales-tax compliance, and executed detailed audits—even successfully completing investigations that resulted in direct franchise royalty refunds for her clients.
She holds credentials as a Commercial Project Accountant, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and is certified in Procore Financial Management.
Originally from the Midwest, Heather now runs the firm from the Florida coast. When she isn't fixing a broken chart of accounts, you can find her swimming, reading, enjoying the beach, and spending time with her husband, kids, and grandchildren.
